Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered in cases where:

Refunds will be processed only after proper verification by our team.
Mandatory Proof Requirement
To request a refund, customers must provide:

A proper unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package being opened.

The unboxing video must be recorded in one continuous take without any cuts, edits, pauses, or transitions.

The video must clearly show that the package is being opened for the first time.

Videos showing already-opened packages or re-created unboxing footage will not be accepted.

Clear photos or videos showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect product received.
Refund requests without a valid one-take unboxing video and proper supporting proof will not be accepted or processed.
Reporting Timeline
Any issue related to the order must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
If the issue is reported after 24 hours, the concern will not be considered eligible for refund review.
Refund Process
Once the issue is reviewed and approved by our team:

The eligible refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

Refund amounts will be processed based on the issue evaluation and applicable calculations determined by Motiwara.
Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed with Motiwara, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Customers are requested to review their order details carefully before completing the purchase.
Customs Duties & Additional Charges
Any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or additional charges imposed by customs or shipping authorities are the responsibility of the customer. Motiwara will not be responsible for such charges.
