We are committed to delivering your jewellery safely from India to the United States with reliable international shipping services.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship from India to the United States only.

For orders placed outside the USA, delivery timelines may exceed the standard estimated shipping duration.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days.
Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders above $450 Dollars.

Shipping charges for orders below this amount will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS so you can monitor your shipment status.

Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, customers are requested to inform us immediately on the 13th or 14th business day after shipment so our team can escalate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customs Duties & Additional Charges

Any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or additional charges imposed by US customs or shipping authorities are the responsibility of the customer. Motiwara will not be responsible for paying any such charges.

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate while placing the order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
